It seeks to ban all consumable hemp-derived THC products, including Delta-8 and Delta-9, stripping Texans of their right to make personal choices about cannabis. The Libertarian Party of Texas stands firmly against this blatant government overreach.

Texans built businesses under the clear legal framework of HB 1325 (passed into law in 2019), investing in storefronts, payroll, and supply chains. SB 3 pulls the rug out from under them, wiping out an industry that provides livelihoods for thousands.
